Luke de Bomford – Sunshine Coast Region
Bachelor of Social Work [Honours]
I am a Social Worker specializing in working in Mental Health. I aim to use my experience in the community disability sector to work with participants in becoming more independent in their lives, be supported in making informed choices, and achieve their short term and life long goals. Focused on working in the Sunshine Coast region, I have worked in the disability sector for approximately 4 years, with almost 2 years of experience in support coordination. I have done extensive research on the NDIS through my thesis with the University of Queensland, and I also develop digital products and tools to assist NDIS participants in accurately tracking and budgeting NDIS funding.
Lisa Hallam – Bundaberg region
Diploma of Community Service
I have many years experience in the community services sector and have a genuine passion for supporting people to reach their goals. I am dedicated to not only ensuring that NDIS participants are aware of the services available to them, but assisting them to utilise these services in a way that will provide them with a purposeful, enriching experience.
