As the Program Manager, my role is to take general referrals and support the support coordination team. I have a strong focus on person-centred practice and integrated clinical and community services with quality outcomes for people with severe and complex disabilities.

My aim as your Support Coordinator is to help you to build capacity by being the link between you and the vast array of supports available to assist you to achieve your goals.  I have a Diploma of Community Services and a Diploma of Early Childhood, with a special interest in Early Childhood Early Intervention, which quickly became a passion for assisting those living with disability.  Most importantly, I feel passionate about assisting you in your journey to achieve your desired outcomes and to build your capacity to live a fulfilled life.

As your Support Coordinator Helen will work with you to optimise your plan ensuring that you are getting the most from your plan by liaising with service providers. With years of Human Service experience and her passion, Helen will assist you to work towards your goals, help you make informed choices and help you to navigate the NDIS service system. Helen will also assist you in planning ahead to prepare for your next plan review.
