Job Description for Disability Support Workers:  To provide in-home care or community access to our clients as NDIS participants. We are a registered NDIS provider, assisting participants of all ages, with varying levels of care needs. You will be working in client homes, either with regular shifts or sometimes as-needed or emergency help. Our Carer staff also provide support by helping with basic housework, and possibly transport. You must have a keen desire to work one on one with clients and have exceptional support skills, including patience, enthusiasm, good communication and a friendly disposition.

If you have relevant qualifications and/or experience in the disability industry, or related fields such as aged care or nursing, then we would like to hear from you.
